Modern secure apartment in Strand - Little Greece

The flat was very neat, clean and well equipped with secure parking.

No views or privacy. Would be better if lace curtains were installed.

I request a full refund please i did not sleep at little greece at all, because of a strong paing smell in the place and their toilets also did not work properly. We end up sleeping at another place also in Strand so i need my money back please.

The paint smell because of health iasues of my husband and the toilet also were not working properly.

1. Booking was deceptive. Be careful they charge R300 for cleaning service and R75 for electricity which was not on the adv. I booked in addition you have to pay R750 cash refundable deposit. 2. Says it has balcony but it's a lie, if you go outside it's not place you want to sit very communal nd rowdy not very nice location in my opinion. 3. We stipulated 2 adults but received only 1 towel, cleaner only put on geyser when we got there. Them load shedding happened 4. Sparsely furnished so very unwelcoming place, bed uncomfortable. Not even any shampoo or soaps. For the price of R927 I stayed in beautiful well located places for cheaper. 5. You can't open blinds cos ppl can see inside flat or even open windows.. lights on in passages and blinds at night let in that light so could not sleep. Also owner never reply to any messages. Be careful!

No breakfast, no complimentary coffee or sugar or tea, not clean containers, horrible utensils, no complementary soap in bathroom, terrible noisy window blinds, could not braai, braai area not appropriate for braai, no value for money, won't be coming back

Flat is modern but blinds to be changed, makes a terrible knocking sound when window is open, no aircon
