LG apartment

Cet appartement a deux énormes avantages. D'une part, il est très bien placé, tout près de la promenade le long du lac et de l'embarcadère pour les îles Borromées. D'autre part, il y a un parking privé, ce qui est particulièrement appréciable dans ce coin d'Italie où il est toujours onéreux de stationner. L'appartement en lui-même a été rénové tout récemment, la climatisation est un autre plus. Nous l'avons trouvé parfaitement propre, confortable et doté de toutes les commodités nécessaires.

Location to station and town very good. Apartment on ground floor was good because of suitcases and acess to small patio and garden area. Facilities provided well thought out and appreciated, also wine and bottled water and few condiments left for use in kitchen cupboard.

Arriving first night and no hot water but owner quickly rectified this next day. Fact that we needed to call a phone number each time to have a gate open to let us into the apartment grounds and then a code to open the apartment door. No light near the code box at apartment door so difficult to see. Please know that you need to leave 1 euro tax per person, in cash, for every night in the apartment, on leaving the apartment.

Exceeded expectations. Everything was very clean. Excellent instructions. Apartment was very clean and much larger than expected.

Nothing was wrong.

Good location. The apartments were spacious, clean and everything was new. I liked the balcony, where you could drink coffee without haste. The air conditioner helped in the heat. The hosts had left a bottle of wine for the guests which was nice.

If there are four people (Adults), all four must sleep in one room. There is no pull-out sofa in the living room. Adult couples have no privacy from each other.

If I had to make a criticism , the only issue would be that there was a small 2 ring stovetop. However it was adequate with the microwave and the rest of the apartment more than compensated!

The spacious apartment was comfortable and designed with taste. It has any facility needed for a perfecr stay. The location is also perfect, at walking distance from the center. The private parking is a plus. The owner is always responsive to any question. Warmly recommanded.
