If I could give this place 100 out of 10, believe me I would. We loved everything about the house, the tasteful interior, the cleanliness, the comfy bed, the quiet and safe neighbourhood, the facilities, and most of all the view! Sunset from Lochanside is truly spectacular! Mark and Ann were really lovely hosts, too. Ann was there to welcome us in person when we arrived, despite it being quite late at night already. We truly appreciate being able to stay there although we wish we had more time to stay longer.

view from the dining table, live action sheep, lambs, rabbits and birds. The telescope in the lounge area was great especially to see the seals and birds. Well designed upstairs and kitchen has everything you need. Slept like babies, no noise at all. Super comfortable and private. The walks to the beach and across the jill for the views were great. Just off the main road so easy to get to. Great hosts. Thank you

What a wonderful place from which to explore Skye! Ann and Mark have created a well equipped and thoughtfully styled space. They provided everything to make our stay on Skye memorable. The location was an ideal base and a convenient location to drive to all the major landmarks and iconic places.

Lochanside was a superb location and a beautiful property. The hosts were incredibly friendly which was an added bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will endeavour to be back in the future.

"Amazing stay on Isle of Skye"

The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, going far as greeting us with complementary food and drinks. The apartment is well equipped with everything one might need for a longer stay (even binoculars). The view from the apartment is breathtaking, overlooking the sea and the beach and surrounded by green fields filled with sheep and bunnies. Thanks to its location, it was one of the most quiet and relaxing places we have ever been to. We'd recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Scottish experience.
