Le service à la clientèle est à revoir. Il faut prendre le temps de se déplacer et recevoir le client et lui faire sentir sa présence pour toute requête et demande en cas de besoin. À son entrée et à sa sortie. Il ne faut pas se limiter au messages texte et emails uniquement. Le client doit se sentir choyé et ressentir que sa satisfaction est prise au sérieux

​Escribo esta reseña para advertir a otros viajeros, ya que el parecido de las fotos del anuncio con la realidad es totalmente erróneo. Adjunto imágenes que demuestran el estado real del loft. ​Lo más grave es la falta generalizada de higiene. Al llegar, nos encontramos con que el "armario" (que en realidad es un hueco sin puertas y con una barra sin perchas) estaba invadido por los artículos de limpieza (escoba, fregona, etc.) en medio de la habitación. Además, las cortinas y la barra del baño estaban bastante sucias, y el mando del aire acondicionado ni siquiera tenía pilas. ​A esto hay que sumar el ruido insoportable y los olores. Creemos que el extractor del restaurante de abajo estuvo funcionando toda la noche, haciendo imposible el descanso. ​Para rematar, las escaleras de acceso están en un pésimo estado de conservación, lo que representa un peligro real al subir o bajar con equipaje. No lo recomiendo en absoluto; una experiencia muy desagradable.

The location was convenient and easy to access, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay.

Our experience was affected by several issues: the unit was not thoroughly cleaned, there was an unpleasant odour in the bedroom, and the strong smell of cannabis inside Unit 1 made it difficult to sleep on the first night. In addition, there was no hand soap, the bathtub drain was very slow, and there was no coffee maker provided.

Everything was okay with regards to the room except the environment

None at all. Worst stay ever. Never ever again.

Disgustingly dirty. My husband and I saw trash in the bedside table's cabinet. The carpet looked like not vaccumed. I saw a gummy on it. There are used Q-tips behind the bed. There are cobwebs on the corners of the ceilings. It's so hot in our room, felt like a sauna. My 4 years old son was sweating a lot. We were unable to sleep well. The place overall looks like it waa not clean for months.
