There is nothing I like about this place. It was the most unpleasant experience ever in my life. I took all the photos and also sent them to the owner. There are JPEGs. I don't know why this page doesn't let me post these photos???!!

1. The keypad didn’t work, and both other guests and I were repeatedly locked outside. To make matters worse, the password the owner provided over text and the one given over the phone were different, which made the situation even more frustrating and confusing. This wasn’t a one-time issue. The keypad kept failing every single time we tried to enter the building. Completely unacceptable. 2. The unit was absolutely filthy and clearly not cleaned at all. There was a used razor with someone else’s hair left in the bathroom, white pet hair all over the bed, and the bathtub curtain and vents were covered in mould. The towels had a disgusting smell. I genuinely felt nauseous using them. On top of that, the entire place had a strong, stale, smoky odour, not from any restaurant, but like an old casino where people used to smoke. It was overwhelming. The couch cushions were so thin you could feel the hard frame underneath. The window sill was covered in dirt, and we couldn’t even close the window properly because of how dirty it was. The toilet paper holder was broken and clearly ignored. 3. The owner’s communication was terrible. There was no proper apology, no accountability, and no real effort to resolve anything. She didn’t even bother confirming with us and just sent a cleaner while we were out as if that would fix everything. The situation was handled carelessly from start to finish.

There is nothing that I like about this property. I booked it for 2 nights , but left in a day as I could not bear another night in there. No one responds on the number they have provided. You can only send messages on the portal and dont expect any reply for a couple of hours. Do not trust the photos that they have posted in the listing. Even after giving all the details of my experience with the picture proofs, and staying only 1 night, no refund was given from the owner and booking.com was also not able to give me any decent refund. Waste of money and more importantly waste of my precious family vacation time.

Absolutely everything. The entrance is from the back of a restaurant, which was so dirty - cigarrete buts everyehre, stinky under the stairs, wires hanging from the ceiling. Stained sofas with springs coming out as mountains, Dirty utensils with hairs in the cabinets. No toiletries in the kitchen and bathroom were provided. And beware, the room service guy can come anytime without permission, with the dirty laundry from other guest houses to wash them in your bathroom. No knocking, no permission taken, very, very rude. I could not believe that people can put such a place for renting and that too on Booking.com. Totally Disastrous.
