El apartamento en el mercado del Fontán, en pleno centro de Oviedo, el edificio es antiguo, (como todos), pero totalmente reformado. No le falta detalle, vajilla, ropa de cama, toallas, menaje, lavavajillas, plancha, nevera, lavadora, cafetera, tiene absolutamente de todo, y lo mejor de todo, la atención de Sara, la dueña, siempre atenta al teléfono por si te falta algo. Un verdadero encanto. El precio es inmejorable. Todos los años alquilamos un apartamento por vacaciones, pero éste es el mejor con mucha diferencia.

No le puedo poner ninguna pega. Todo perfecto.

La ubicación es excepcional. Tiene todo tipo de accesorios en cocina y baño. Perfecto para pasar una noche o dos, no más.

Sólo tiene ventanas en el salón, y dan a un patio interior. El dormitorio no tiene ventana y es difícil ventilar. El colchón es muy cómodo pero pequeño.

En las fotos parecía más grande Los vecinos hacían mucho ruido a las 2 y las 3 de la mañana, gritos, portazos, golpes… Las obras del edificio El ruido del ascensor El ascensor es muy muy pequeño, el carro del bebe no se podía meter
