The flat was wonderful for a long stay with my family. It was well maintained, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and in a quiet location right on a main bus route to Oxford City center.

great location for our needs, apartment comfortable and had everything we needed.

Although outside the city centre buses were plentiful and it was an easy journey in. Bus stop on the way back was a little further away- not a long walk but I certainly wouldn’t have wanted to walk it as a lone female and would have got a taxi. The apartment itself was very clean and well equipped. Beds were comfortable and it was very quiet. Car park space was tight at times but parking on the road was easy. Would stay again.

Our only complaint was that the lock was quite tricky. We got more used to it as time went on but it took us several minutes to open the door on first arrival.

The location was good. The layout of the flat worked well for our family. The large fridge and hob/oven were potentially useful for a family, as was the appropriately sized dining table. We appreciated the breakfast cereal, milk, tea and coffee left for us.

The flat was not as clean as I would have liked, particularly in places like under the beds and on the hob extractor hood. The lobby and stairs were very depressing in decor and smell. There was another car in the allocated parking spot at all times, and the car park itself was too small and difficult to access. The main door and flat door were both difficult to lock and unlock. The pans and utensils available for cooking were inadequate for cooking a full meal, which was incongruous considering the other kitchen facilities.
