Well appointed apartment within easy walking distance of all things Oxford.

The flooring creaks a lot which is ok except when you are trying not to disturb each other at night.

Luigi was a great host, explained everything and gave lots of tips about the city... The apartment has a great localization in a calm neighborhood close to the river Thames. The bus stop where I left the airport bus was in a walking distance of 5 min...., Also the Christchurch Collegue, some museums, shops and pubs very close....

Very nice location, just south of the city centre - easy walk into town and about 20 mins to the station. Easy access to the river, which is great for those who love to run or go for long walks. Apartment had everything that you need. It is true that the host is very particular about the apartment, and therefore has certain rules, but for someone like me who puts cleanliness above all else, I appreciate that he does this - it ensures the place is in top clean and good condition. It was a comfortable size apartment for myself and guest. Make sure you do read the information about the do's and do not's of the apartment so as not to be surprised. As other's have said, there is a request for £200 deposit - when you check in. Returned once you check out.

Very clean

Check in with Luigi was tedious, so many rules! It's like he's doing us a favor letting us pay too much for staying in his small apartment. And then we realized I made a mistake while booking regarding the age of my son. I already agreed to pay extra but Luigi insisted on making it extremely clear it was my fault, with a lot of "I'm the owner so I know the rules" going on, and one "You can't sleep the three of you in the same bed because I don't allow it". Made us feel very unwelcome and very uncomfortable. After that, it doesn't matter how clean the place is.

Location just a short walk to the city centre was excellent. Nice, clean, well-equipped flat —ideal for a short stay. Added bonus — unusual in Oxford - was parking at the property.

Cleanliness and location.

The owner certainly has his reasons, however, I found the guarantee deposit very annoying. Even though the owner WhatsApp'd me ahead of time, I spent 20 minutes looking for an ATM prior to arrival. Would prefer using a more user friendly option such as a credit card or a payment (i.e. Revolut). Never experienced this before despite traveling extensibly.
