CLEl alojamiento es cómodo para una familia de 4 personas. Estaba limpio y cumplió el objetivo para lo que queríamos ( estuvimos dos noches)
El sistema de check in es extremadamente complicado, hay que pagar una garantía y que en mi caso tuve que hacerlo dos veces dado que no me mandaron las instrucciones de check in oportunamente y llegué al lugar sin tener las instrucciones para obtener la llave de la caja de seguridad. Después de llamar por teléfono me solucionaron el problema inmediatamente eso si. Los chats no fueron contestados y por eso tuve que llamar por teléfono. La devolución de la garantía se toma muchísimo tiempo eso si ( 7 días hábiles para iniciar el proceso de devolución más los días que se pueda tomar el banco, me parece excesivo. Espero que no haya problemas en la devolución.

The dishwasher tablets provided didn't work properly in the dishwasher and had to hand wash everything since that was part of check out checklist.
GBTwo sleepless nights due to noisy neighbours! Pointless having two bathrooms if you can’t get hot water in both at the same time! A few silver fish scuttling around! Oven was on, on arrival!!!!!!!

ESI enjoyed leaving this dirty place with no heating or hot water on day 2.
The broken, dangerous cooker, the fridge with spilt sour milk on the shelves, the urine stained hinges on the toilet, the dried-on food on the sofa, the filthy oven, the lack of heating or hot water on day 2, the refusal to send an engineer to fix it after 5pm, the difficulty getting a refund for the first 2 nights, the delay in returning my deposit, the post and leaflets strewn on the floor.
GBGBGBIt was close to the JR hospital which was what we needed. It was clean and warm. It had mostly what we needed.
The single beds were the smallest I’ve ever slept in. There were silver fish bugs on the bathroom floor every time I went in. Each time I killed & disposed of them in a tissue, but found more each time I returned. A number of the pieces of cutlery were still dirty so were some of the bowls. It looked like the dishwasher hadn’t cleaned them enough. There were no instructions for the washer/dryer. We couldn’t work out how the dryer worked. I don’t feel we should have had to empty the bins along with all the other tidying up that was asked. Surely the cleaners can empty bins. (We did empty them though) There was only one parking space available. There was no washing up cloth or scrubbing brush for dishes provided.
