"All in all this place isn't a bad place but it needs general maintainence and detailed cleaning."

The Property is secured with an outside entrance lock before you enter the stairs to the flat. Location is in a good neighbourhood The was sugar, various teas, coffee, even salt and pepper, detergent, and washing soap. 5 to 8 mins walk from food stores. The Bathroom shower

The bathroom can use regular cleaning in the grooves of the shower door. Updated locks and light switch. You are told to clean up flat, wash and put away dishes, pots and pans and everything else uses. Throw out garbage. The light in on the staircase needs to be brighter. The neighbours have an abundance of shoes and slippers at their door spilling over the area. The bathroom sink was clogged the first day but I called and it was fixed in a couple hours The stove is tricky to use and there are no instructions.

"Perfect for a small family"

It was dark when we arrived; Danny did mention which block we were staying in so it was very extremely helpful as the blocks did not have visible numbers on them. Just took some extra time ascertaining we had the correct one! Location was no problem for us as we had rented a car. The allocated garage is very small for our 7-seater so we parked outside the garage instead (noticed the neighbors all parked outside anyways). There's a bus stop 2 mins from the house, very convenient if you're not driving. We enjoyed the bus rides to and from the city center as we did not want to bother with parking in town. The 3 bedrooms were perfect for our family of 2A2C. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was a washing machine/dryer too which was definitely useful in winter. Short walk to nearby Summertown.

The heaters' thermostats were controlled. The bedrooms were toasty! However the living room was a tad too cold, couldn't really feel much heat enamating from the 2 heaters.

"A comfortable place to stay within easy reach of the city centre and with parking included."

The flat was very easy to find, was within an easy walk of the city centre and Summertown and had parking included in the price. The owner was very helpful too and popped round to bring some kitchen utensils we needed.

The shower didn't drain very well but that's a minor issue and one which can easily be rectified with a drain unblocking liquid.
