Central modern residence in Oradea

Apartamentul cu gust amenajat, primirea calduroasa, cafea la discretie la dispozitie, apa si bomboane din partea casei, curatenie. Totul a fost minunat. Recomand cu drag!

Zonă foarte bună, foarte frumos și modern apartamentul, totul este cu bun gust și cafeaua la discreție este un mare bonus! Patul este foarte confortabil, iar apartamentul este dotat cu toate echipamentele necesare ( uscător de păr, fier de călcat, masă de călcat etc). Rămâne cazarea de suflet pentru viitor. De asemenea, proprietarul este super prietenos si ne-a oferit recomandări utile!

The hosts were very nice and very accommodating. They went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and they were really polite and helpful.

Honestly the stay is quite amazing. The coffee machine is one of the best features of the stay. Really nothing to not like about the apartment, everything was great.

The apartment is very nicely decorated and well preserved It has a lot of shops nearby and is close to the city center at a reasonable price It also has private parking available

The walls insulation in the apartment is extremely poor, which has 2 side effects. First of all, the bedroom has a shared wall with the neighbour's open-kitchen so you literally sleep with your head near the kitchen and not only can you hear the neighbours speaking, but also literally swirling the spoon in the cooking pot. And hearing that noise at 1AM in the morning is not really relaxing, nor good for your sleep. Second of all, the outside walls are also very badly insulated which has a side effect that during winter, it's very cold in the entire apartment, even with the heating turned on. Other things that can be improved (but are nitpicking compared to the previous 2 issues) are the lack of mood lighting in both the bedroom and the living room + the glass wall from the bathtub is a bit too short, thus while showering, you splash with water all over the place.
