The location was the best

It was dirty, old and not taken care of

The video showing how to pick up the keys,how to use those keys to open the door, how to get to the lift, etc was excellent. A picture IS worth a thousand words. We got all that info after we finally made contact using What’s App. Washing machine works well.

Close to amenities, had everything we needed, comfortable

A little cold in April and we couldn’t adjust the heating. We received no info about check in until we got to the property and had to call.

The location and the communication of the staff. It was also quiet.

It was not very clean. Especially the bathroom. We found the used soap of the previous tenants. The bathroom floor was also dirty like the shower. The sinks didn’t work.
