Apartment was a comfortable size for 3 to 4 people. It was very clean with modern kitchen and bathrooms appliances. The beds were comfortable and each bedroom had a large closet. The sofas are comfortable and quite long. The apartment is very close to a few convenience stores. It is about a 5-7 minute walk to the subway. The location is close to areas with restaurants, cafes and bars. There are a few restaurants close to the apartment but it is located in more of a business area. The staff were quick to respond to questions.

Overall the apartment was very good but it would make it better if there were sets of drawers in the closets to hold clothes and more hangers in the closet. There is no where to hang the bath towels. Hooks to hang jackets at the door would be helpful. If you plan to cook, the pots are not big enough to cook for more than 2 people. There were no plates or any dish towels to dry dishes. These are small things but having them would make the apartment more comfortable and useful. The balcony looks onto the side of the next building so it is a bit dark inside in the day.

The apartment was a great size for three people and very comfortable overall. It was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked—though having a few extra plates would be helpful. The beds were excellent (neither too hard nor too soft), and there was plenty of closet space. The room with the double bed is quite small with limited floor space, but the closet is large enough to store luggage, which helps. The location is very convenient: a Family Mart is almost next door, and a 7‑Eleven is just a bit farther. It’s about a 5–6 minute walk to Hisaya‑Odori Station and an easy walk to both Sakae and the Hisaya‑Odori areas. Oasis 21, which has a good supermarket and pharmacy, is also nearby. The hosts were very responsive when I reached out about minor issues (such as getting the internet working). The apartment is managed by a service company with set hours, but they were available until 11 p.m., which was helpful. For anyone with the same internet issue, note that the router reset instructions are printed directly on the router, which is located on the floor beside the sofa. The neighborhood is more of a business district, so restaurant options are somewhat limited, but Sakae is close by, and Nagoya Station—with many dining choices—is just a short subway ride away. The apartment is also within walking distance of Nagoya Castle and Meijo Park (about 15–20 minutes). Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

It would be helpful to have a small set of drawers in the bedrooms—perhaps inside the closets, since they’re a good size—to make it easier to unpack, especially for longer stays. More hangers would also be appreciated; we stayed for a week and would have liked more space to organize our clothes. Both balconies face the side of the building, so there isn’t really a view, and the apartment can feel a bit dark during the day, particularly when it’s cloudy.

交通地點都很便利，久屋大通附近去各地方都不遠！非常好。住房內有很棒的廚房設備可以使用，還可以自己洗衣服，非常推薦！

good location centrally located, nearest subway station is hisayaodori station around 10 to 15mins walk from the apartment. just 1 subway stop to nagoya castle going north, and 1 or 2 subway stop going south to OSU shopping street, Sakae area and OSU Kanon temple. 3 subway stop to nagoya station. host is responsive, gives recommendations. group of 6 is exact fit to the apartment. the apartment is clean and has all the basic necessities, it is located in a safe quiet neighborhood. nearest mall is the CENTRAL PARK underground mall around 10 to 15mins walk.

very late check-in time at 5pm. need to be improve if possible like maybe a bit early 4pm or 3pm. but overall it is a good stay, highly recommended apartment. not much to do in the neighborhood, the nearby main street are mostly offices, while the side street are quiet residential with maybe 1 coffee shop. starbucks or convenience store you need to go to the main street which is around 5 to 10mins walk. main street = near the subway station.

好立地で中心部にとても近い。部屋が広くて複数人滞在でも満足に使用可能。

4人で泊まったのにも関わらずバスタオルが2人分しかなかった。

Bon emplacement dans Nagoya. Logement propre, bien équipé. On y était très bien.

Une chambre un peu petite (mais je pinaille), manque d'ustensiles de cuisine (en tout cas pour nous autres français).
