Very comfy with the perfect view and near restaurants!

I love the location, the style of each room, the kitchen looks amazing but we didn't use it. I love the balcony, the view is amazing. the bathtub is cool with hidromassage.the ceiling is higher then a normal room, so the furniture is tall and the curtains also, which gives such a fairytale vibe with the christmasy lights u see from your window..This accommodation is worth all the money, specially in winter when u have the christmas market in front of you. they gave us instructions how to use the door and the hob , that was very helpful.

everything is great, just for me the bed is too low as I was traveling with a baby and the wooden frame is uncomfortable to sit while changing him , and the staircase is a ancient, but they told us when we booked the accommodation. it shouldn't matter if you are thinking to choose between this accommodation and another one, definitely this accommodation is a winner.

Best place to stay in Oradea! The apartment, the view, the location everything was top!!!

One of the best location in Oradea, everything was perfect. we didn`t hear any noise from the clubs.

Location is exceptional.

The stairwell was… rough. Also, it wasn’t obvious which apartment was ours as the numbers weren’t marked. (We were Apt 20, but the entrance was t marked.) The owners were great about helping us get it sorted though, and explained the stairwell couldn’t be renovated without the neighbors’ approval. It’s not a big deal, but be aware there are a lot of stairs and it’s a little creepy- but the space is definitely worth it.

Terrible noise during the night… if you need to sleep in the living room it’s impossible to sleep until 3-4am. There’s banging night clubs downstairs:(.

staircase leading to apartment was beyond comment horrible; almost inexistent warm water (understandable that it is an old historic building but things can be done (a new water pump) to make warm water available; washer was advertised but non-existent

Ad indicates that there is a washer, there was not. Ad says it is on 3rd floor. It was on the 5the floor of a walk up building. No mention in ad that there was no elevator/lift. This was a problem. Only in the note the day before arrival was this mentioned. The building is essentially abandoned, with the exception of the first floor and this loft. The music from the bars on the first floor kept us awake until 3:00 am in the morning on the first two nights. It was so loud, it felt like the party was right next door.
