Localização, silêncio, roupas de cama limpas, bom tamanho dos cômodos, a uma quadra da praia da graciosa. Bom atendimento da proprietária.

Banheiros sem box (molha tudo), porta do banheiro raspando no chão provocando muito barulho, quarto social sem guarda roupa ou arara (malas ficam no chão). O grande problema foi a falta de limpeza nos aparelhos de ar condicionado (sala e quartos), extremamente sujos, com mofo (questão de saúde), sem manutenção. Falta um olhar mais crítico com a manutenção em geral, pois é uma boa opção.
