location is good

the check in was weird, the lady said she sent me the passcode but I didn't receive it, I called again and she's not very happy, then I messaged her to get the passcode, she then sent me the code. the beds are not clean, my kids feel itchy, they couldn't sleep properly at night. carpets in living room and not clean, fabric sofa was dirty too, my kids feel itchy. a black cricket at a size of a big crocoach was on one of the bed, we managed to kill it, and was not able to use that room when we got out, another cricket hopping at the door which scared us so much
