Good location. Walking distance to the city centre for dinner and tourist shopping. For food shopping a car is needed.

After 5-6 days, halfway into our stay, the air-conditioning stopped working and the host was not able to repair it for the remaining 6 days. The host did not really offer any kind of apology or something else that could have made a little bit easier for us. All that was said was that the service company had been called. If one decide to be in this business, one would also assume that there was a preparedness for this kind of mishaps but that was not the case. It was not an easy stay the second half of the time due to this and we will not book again with this low level of support.

La casa è molto grande, cucina e camere molto spaziosi e con letti abbastanza comodi. E' a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, e ha l'aria condizionata centralizzata che garantisce un ambiente gradevole dal punto di vista della temperatura. Dopo un inziale disguido "tecnico", abbiamo chiesto un intervento ai proprietari e ci siamo aggiustati.

Noi eravamo al piano terra, quindi un po' buio in alcune stanze, non c'è una vera e propria porta ma una porta finestra con la chiave, il patio è accessibile a tutti perché il cancello principale è sempre aperto. Per il resto, tutto dipende da come si è abituati, ci si può trovare benissimo o meno, un po' ci siamo adattati anche perché siamo stati lì solo una settimana, ma per il prezzo pagato si aspettavamo una sistemazione migliore.

Casa ampia con doppio bagno, dotata di aria condizionata. L'appartamento al secondo piano ha una bella vista sulla città. Posizione comoda per raggiungere le spiagge della zona. Centro storico raggiungibile a piedi.

Posto auto insufficiente per gli ospiti. Ingresso non curato, le piante rendono difficile il passaggio. Cucina poco attrezzata. Lavatrice condivisa in posizione davvero scomoda. Abbiamo dovuto portare via i rifiuti alla partenza, non ci era mai stato richiesto in nessun appartamento in affitto a Orosei negli anni passati.

De stranden bij Orosei zijn echt heel erg mooi. Dat alleen is de moeite waard naar Orosei te komen

Orosei zelf is niet heel bijzonder, het appartement ligt direct aan de weg waar hard gereden wordt. En het appartement viel erg tegen. Niet schoon de koelkast viel spontaan om en aan alles zie je dat het bijna op zijn eind is. De host via de app verder wel behulpzaam maar niet gezien. De buren boven het appartement houden je goed in de gaten bij alles wat je doet....
