Clear info and good communication with the host. Clean. A lot of space. Kitchen well firnished. Appliances new. WiFi worked fine (simple ADSL, not super fast, just disconneted a few time in a whole week). Parking super OK (private, close by a gate, in front of the building). Warm (apartment is wam also in winter and easy to adjust the temperature). Nespresso coffee machine.

Not too many towels (1 set per person) and only one set of pillows and bed sheets (you need to wash yourself if you want to change it). No wine glasses !! (only 4 small water glasses). No wood spoon for cooking souces. Fancy living room light bulb was burned. Not a single hook for jackets or towels, in the entire house. No soap for shower (first day I had to use hand soap, because I didn't want to go out and searching the area for buy one). Place is a little bit anonymous because it is fresh new renewed probably. For the price you aspect more attention on this details (easy to improve). Also a small table in front of the sofa will be a nice thing.

Very nice apartment equipped with everything you might need. Fine location pretty close to the beach.
