Everything in place. A well equipped place, with the owner ready to jump in with specifics. Like a feeding chair for the baby. Small things like socket child protectors if you need them, plenty of dishes, cutlery. It's a freshly renewed place, and they did a good job at it. Location is awesome as a base, cause you can set of walking avery day, and reach a ton of places trough some nice parks and lanes. Really no need to start the car if you're not traveling out of town.

A very specific thing that most people won't be bothered with...I live at a forrest edge, end of a village, for like 6-7 years now, so my noise-o-meter is skewed. realisticaly, we had friends over for a cup of coffee, they said it's awesome. So, basicaly, nothing to say here ;-)
