Konzul -Top apartment, strict center, parking

The apartment is very comfortable, equipped with everything you can think off and has enough space for a family of three or four. It was situated right in the city center near a local fruits and vegetable market. Parking is directly in front of the house. The owner was very kind and took care that everything was comfortable and to our satisfaction. We can only recommend this place.

Perfect location, excellent apartment, friendly host. I travel a lot, staying in many apartments and hotels worldwide. Apartment Konzul surprised me with anticipation on travelers needs. I was totally surprised when find good stocked fridge for breakfast, some fruit, coffee. Parking was just in the front of entrance, wide and easy to park. All around will be back. Highly recommend!

Great location, within walking distance to centre. Beautiful and spacious inside. Very comfortable and quiet. The host was very friendly and let us know how to contact him if we needed anything. We will be booking again!

The apartment was in a great location in the center of town, close to all the sights and great restaurants Osijek has to offer. Alan was a wonderful host with a beautiful apartment and exceptional amenities.

It was our second time staying here and everything was great once again. Big, fully equipped apartment with everything you need. Good location, close to the city center. Private free parking is provided in front of the apartment. Will definitely come back in the future.

Everything was good, good place, good bad, good kotchen, good bathrooms and good temperature in rooms. Best position in center of city, and yeah - best pillows in bedroom ;)

somehow wifi should be extended to kitchen, my S23 was not able to be in well connection with wifi in kitchen all time, but my notebook worked well.

Apartment is listed as a 2 bedroom, though it’s only 1 The second bedroom was set up in the lounge room and the sofa used as a bed. This made our stay very uncomfortable. The sofa was not suitable and big enough for a small child only. The towels supplied were little, they were clean but had stains on them. New and larger towels are needed for guests. The master bedrooms doona was not large enough to cover 2 people. Having to pay the host cash for the accomodation is inconvenient and unexpected when booking accomodation through a professional booking service like booking.com There is a shared back yard where the neighbours dog lives and barks a lot and loudly. If you have a car, be aware. The people in the office next door constantly park there cars on the street blocking you in. It was not easy to come and go as you please. This apartment was a real negotiation.
