The apartment is perfectly suited for 4 people. The main advantages are the 2! underground parking spots allowing direct access to the rooms (a scarce commodity in Tarifa, mind you!), and the close proximity to two supermarkets, several sports & kiting shops and Zhang Chinese bazar - read below why this one proved to be particularly important. We felt at home because of the nice furniture and decorations: not your regular IKEA run of the mill chairs, tables, and wall elements, but ones the owners put some thinking into. Isabel, who showed us the place, was super-friendly and not angry even though we interrupted her lunch because of poor timing.

While the place offers enough space for 4, it is better suited for families than for groups of friends: The way it ist compartmented induces a sort of moral hazard, so to speak. One room has it's own bathroom and balcony, the other two share one bathroom in the hallway and had no balcony. So mum&dad can decide to take the better room and exile the kids to the other two, but among friends deciding on the distribution of rooms can be a more sensitive issue. And it is not just the extra balcony and own bathroom. The other rooms are less soundproof and at times it seemed the neighbours were washing their dogs and readying their kids for school at 6.30 am right there in our rooms. Like you see in many coastal dwellings, rentals are on the verge of losing the eternal battle of metal and wood against humidity. Hinges squeak, doors are swollen up. That's right were tye aforementioned Zhang's Bazaar a few blocks away comes in handy. Some cheap oil spray did the trick, and noisy furniture was no problem anymore.

We loved the house, lots of space for my friend & i and our 4 kids. It was comfortable and clean & had everything we needed. The location was great, only a short walk into town & very close to the beach. My kids said they wanted to live in the house all the time😊

We had a problem connecting to the internet for the time of our stay. The admin for the property was very helpful but unfortunately was not able to resolve it for the period of our stay. This was not a major problem as we were out a lot of the time anyway. Also, Tarifa feria was on for the whole weekend so we didnt sleep much as it was so noisy! I think next time we come we will avoid feria weekend!

The apartment was comfortable, and the Anlage was excellent. We all loved Tarifa, and the location was perfect.

The person checking us in arrived 40 minutes after the arranged time. The kitchen was not well equipped. We had hardly enough cutlery and crockery. A vacume. cleaner would have been necessary to control the sand brought in by the family from the beach. Some deckchairs would have been great, too.

The house is a very comfortable fit for 6-7 people with 3-4 rooms, 3 bathrooms (2 with a shower). The garage makes carrying your kite equipment in and out an ease. Two parking spots makes it all the better. The kitchen is well equipped. There are racks and hangers to dry your kiting equipment. Having a BBQ on the garden is great and there are tools for it!

We were only given 2 pairs of house keys and only 1 garage key for 6 people. This is very little and we always had to organize key handovers amongst ourselves. This was tedious especially with the garage key. Would be nice to have more keys. There is a percolator and french press for coffee but a coffee machine for pods would be an amazing addition. The internet is good but the wifi only works in the main floor. Upstairs the connection is terrible. A wifi repeater would be a nice addition.

More than enough space!

A little far from the old town but it is perfect location for the beach. Since I had a car it was a great location.
