Lack of air conditioning, photo of terrace was not correct

I put 1, because I think some references are fake, those who gave 10, this is maximum 7, not 8.5! It isn't worth it's money, we rented amazing flats in Spain for that price! The terrace is useless cause it's very windy and inside the flat is dark and you have no view. The sea is far away, you can see it just a bit from the roof and the sunrise and sunset you can't see from there cause the other buildings are higher. The flat is small but the terrace that you don't use is big. Pictures are much nicer than reality. There are too many things that are not going well there...

There was no toilet paper! There is no normal heating, just a small heater! There is no big warm cover to cover yourself while sleeping. Inside the flat in winter is cold cause it's old city walls are very wide. The terrace you cannot use cause it's so windy every day, Tarifa is the windiest town in Spain! So basically the terrace is quite useless. There is no parking close by, everything is full so you have to walk 10-15 minutes with all your staff. The flat is in the old town but you can't enter there by car. The electricity stops if you turn on the hairdryer and heater at the same time or oven. Just in case the counter is beside a picture on the wall. One of the towels was broken. The table to eat is too small, you can see in the pictures. The door to the terrace doesn't close and it's connected to the other roof so basically whoever can enter... There is no safe to put your stuff to be quiet. The flat is not perfectly clean but kind of ok. The bottom of the shower is getting full of water very fast and it starts to go out, so be careful. Hot water is from the heater that they put to low temperature and it finished very fast, so I had to make it higher then it's ok. Tap water is not for drinking, cause it smells with chlorine, bring water and toilet paper and napkins for the kitchen and coffee with you. It's written that there is a coffee machine but there is no coffee. The TV remote is hardly working, the batteries should be changed. The online check in that you have to do before coming is only possible from the computer, so if you don't have a PC it could be a problem. You have to throw away the garbage and containers are quite far, not easy to find, be aware. The size of the flat that they put in announcement is with the big terrace so inside the flat is small. When you try to heat a flat with that small heater the heat goes up on the stairs to the terrace too that's why it's heating slowly.
