Lovely apartment with extremely welcoming host and fabulous swimming pool; as well as private roof terrace - we would definitely come back!

Nothing - it was really lovely!

Comfy bed and nice bathroom, very clean modern and tidy. Very big balcony with sea views and looking down on Tavira. we have been on the road so the use of a washing machine was very handy. The swimming pool was good and the owner very nice he came along with a glass of wine and nibbles for us.

They have 3 lovely dogs , so if you don't like them it's not for you.

Lovely clean, spacious apartment with lots of storage in a quiet development . Fantastic large sun terrace with table , chairs and sun loungers and good views . Swimming pool is a good size and very clean . It was a 20 minute walk to town to all the restaurants and to catch the ferry to the beautiful beach .Filipe was the perfect host , kind and helpful and often left us wine and nibbles to enjoy on the terrace. Thank you for a wonderful stay !

Bed was a bit hard My Choice ( service provider ) Despite having to fill out their form before arrival and ringing them as we left Faro airport to advise them of arrival time , there was nobody from the company to meet us when we arrived so had to call them again when we arrived

The owners was so sweet and helpful! The house is located in a nice quite and local area. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and it has a beautiful roof terrace with a gorgeous view over the city and ocean

There are three parts for review: 1. The house, its quite luxurious, however a bit on the status from like 5-7 years ago. The bed gnarls a bit, the windows screetch. Aird conditioner requires a bit of love. The kitchen: It says it comes with a kitchen, yes there are a few appliances, but no cooking possible, and the sink is in the master bathroom. But overall its quite nice, internet was super fast, and coverage all over the house and even the pool (thanks to a modern mesh wifi). The pool is beautiful, big and clean. Even has a jumping board, and is super deep at one end. There is also a shower at the pool, tables, chairs etc. so very nice to stay in the garden. A Bosch washing mashine is there, and in case you dont like your pillows, there are Billerbeck pillows as option to change - for the ones who dont know: These are expensive pillows from Germany. 2. The owners, Filipe and Alena, live also in the house, so there are some Air BnB vibes. But they were super nice. When we waited for the MyChoice lady, Filipe offered us drinks and made us fresh orange juice. What a special welcome. If they have time they will offer to make you breakfast, even though we refused the offer due to the diet of my partner, they kept making little suprises (fruit salads, fresh lemonade). We saw them in one week like four times, and spoke twice with them. So they are there, but always in the background - you do have the pool and terrace for yourself. Filipe even offered us a ride to the airport. 3. Location, the house is located in a nice neigborhood with many other new villas, just outside of Tavira. Its like 5 minutes walk to a take away (we didnt try), or a bakery with coffee and pasteis de nata (really good). And like 20 minutes downtown. 10 Minutes to supermarket which has a good vegan dairy products assortion. In the beginning I thought, the walk could be too long, however considering you eat extraordinary well in Tavira, you are grateful for each step you can make. And al

MyChoice, they are the service provider renting the house - we were told to call shortly before arrival, we did so, but still nobody there when we came. So we called again and 20 minutes later a lady arrived. She took the time to make a big sales pitch for other holiday homes they have, and couldnt really be bothered showing us around / explaining our actual place. This seemed out of place and not really professional to be honest.

Great location.....fabulous hosts. We were even treated to wine and nibbles!! The place was absolutely perfect! Everything was pristine!! Fantastic bathroom and pool . Can't rate this place highly enough!

The privacy of having the whole upper floor and terrace for ourselves, the spaciousness and quality of room and bathroom. Parking in the small quiet street next to the house. Walking distance to center of Tavira. The views of Tavira and the ocean behind. Ample storage space, lots of towels etc. provided including for the beach. Washing machine available. Delta coffe-maker, toaster and small microwave. Table and 2 chairs to enjoy breakfast or spend a quiet moment. Airco for heating and cooling. Big, comfy bed. Breakfast was not included when booking, but the very kind host provided an every day different nice breakfast anyway as a favour in off-season (no garantee!). English, French and Portuguese speaking hosts.

Nothing remotely worth mentioning.

The terras was enormous... with sunrise and sonset. A great view! the bathroom has a nice bath. The landlord is the kindest man ever and brings you some extra's in the morning.

There is not really a kitchen.
