The Gatsby Apartment

Poprád egyik legjobb ár-érték arányú szállása, bármikor jó ide visszatérni. A tisztaság, a felszereltség és a tulajdonossal való kapcsolattartás is tökéletes és a kilátás a Tátrára pedig plusz pontot érdemelne. :)

Nagyon tiszta, tökéletesen felszerelt ( babakád, babaágy, edények, törülköző, kényelmes ágy), csodás kilátás, ingyen parkoló, könnyű bejutás, minden amire szükség van!. Közelben Lidl, és nagyon jó étterem ( Venezia restaurant- nagyon finom kaja, igaz nem olyan szép belülről).

Complaint letter: We were booked from the 23-25th/09/2025,the weather was very cold outside but no heating in the apartment! We were freezing! The owner told us stories about a standard underfloor heating but, honestly, we felt no heating! Finally, he sent my wife a whatsapp saying "if this is unacceptable, we agree to cancel the reservation without any fees". We decided to take his proposal and left after the 1st night. He wrote he'd be in contact with you "booking" for the refund, but as we didn't hear from him nor from you, we assume he hasn't done so... We therefore, ask you to look into the matter and refund us for the inconvenience for 2 nights, as promised by the Hotel owner. Thanks, hope to hear from you soon. Apartmán bol veľmi pekný a čistý, majiteľ ochotný, vyšiel mi vo všetkom, čo som potrebovala, v ústrety. Hľadala som ubytovanie práve v tejto lokalite.
