rossz kód 30 perc várakozás .Aztán megjöttek házigazdák és kiderült a kód rossz .ez rosszul kezdődött nagyon .Utána kedvesek voltak de parkoló nagyon messze van .strandokról nem nagyon tudtunk meg semmit ahogy éttermekről sem .Légkonditól aludni nem lehet ,cuccokat minimum 400 méterről hordod be ,de ezt amikor központba foglaltál tudod ,tehát jó strandok balra vannak kikötő után, Parkoló 13 percre van gyalog

L'alloggio molto carino e luminoso. Si trova al centro di Parenzo. Non ho usato mai la macchina. Le spiagge sono vicine, comunque sono raggiungibili a piedi, con il trenino e con il battello. Le persone che ci hanno consegnato l'appartamento sono fantastiche e ci hanno dato ottimi consigli.

German: 1. Die Hygiene des Appartments war etwas fragwürdig. Die Dusche war schlecht geputzt und die Bettwäsche wurde vermutlich wochenlang nicht gewechselt. Alles andere wurde schnell mit Essig behandelt, wonach es 1 Tag lang geduftet hat. 2. Die Wohnung fühlt sich nicht wie 40m2 an. Ich habe nicht nachgemessen, aber vermute dass diese nicht größer als 34m2 ist. Die Wöbelierung und Ausstattung ist zweckmässig und minimal. Man darf sich davon nicht zuviel erwarten. 3. Ein vermutlich ziemlich unzufriedener und frustrierter Nachbar hat jede Nacht wild und dauerhaft herumgeschrien, so dass man sogar bei geschlossenem Fenster nahezu nicht schlafen konnte. Leider gibt es im Schlafzimer keine eigene Klimaanlage, um bei geschlossenem Fenster ein angenehmes Raumklima zu schaffen. Unter dem Strich, wer sich nicht viel erwartet (von Hyigene und Ausstattung) und nur einen Platz zum Schlafen braucht mit Klo, Dusche und einer Kaffeemaschine wird hier sicher nicht enttäuscht. Everything else was quickly treated with vinegar, which left a strong smell for about a day. 2. The apartment does not feel like 40m². I didn’t measure, but I suspect it’s no larger than 34m². The furnishings and equipment are functional and minimal. One should not expect too much. 3. A presumably very dissatisfied and frustrated neighbor shouted wildly and continuously every night, making it almost impossible to sleep even with the window closed. Unfortunately, there is no separate air conditioning in the bedroom to create a comfortable climate with the windows shut. All in all, if you don’t expect much (in terms of hygiene and amenities) and only need a place to sleep with a toilet, shower and coffee machine, you won’t be disappointed here.

Odlična lokacija. Blizu šetalište, prodavnice svih vrsta. Parking je malo udaljeniji, al se sve dogovori sa gazdaricom prilikom dolaska oko prebacivanja stvari u stan.

Excellent location in centre of Porec. apartment had everything for a great stay

Nice apartment, lovely welcome, hostess showed the apartment and provided drinks, everything met expectations. Room in general quiet and cozy, although the street is noisy until midnight, but if you close the window in the bedroom is normal. The air conditioning is quite coping and enough to cool both rooms. We are grateful for the warm welcome in such a wonderful town!

Perfectly located, in the old city, beautiful area, very close to bus terminal. Hosts were very helpful and responded quickly to messages.

Value dor money! Nice position! Hospitality was proactive and committed hosts!
