Obiekt bardzo zadbany i doskonale wyposażony. W apartamencie wszystko co potrzebne t.j zmywarka pralka lodówka oraz pełne wyposażenie kuchni w garnki sztućce ekspres do kawy czajnik itp. Pani właścicielka przemiła i bardzo pomocna. Cicha spokojna okolica bardzo blisko do centrum jak i strefy handlowej ze sklepami Kaufland Lidl Kik Tedi itp. Miejsca parkingowe dostępne przed budynkiem bezpłatnie nie było problemu z zaparkowaniem auta. Polecam szczególnie dla podróżujących z pieskami blisko kawałek parku na szybkie spacery a nad morze dotrzemy w 15-20 minut na pieszo. Serdecznie polecam. 10/10

"Amazing host with a great penthouse"

Mrs. Dora is a lovely person and she's made sure our stay was as pleasant as one can hope. Apartment is well-equipped, is a sort of a penthouse with a lovely balcony from which you can see the whole city of Poreč. We stayed here with our friends and a baby and a pet and everybody felt really comfortable.

Wszystko pod ręką: plaża , pizzeria, centra handlowe, piekarnia. Apartament z super tarasem, w pełni wyposażony. Żal było wyjeżdżać:) Super gospodyni!

Bei Dora fühlt man sich auf Anhieb wohl. Der gepflegte Vorgarten und Hausflur, überall guter Duft, saubere gebügelte Wäsche (hat sie nach der Hälfte der Zeit ausgetauscht) und ein sehr komfortables Appartement. Dora selbst wohnt im Haus und man kann sie jederzeit anrufen. Das Haus mit den Appartements liegt in einer sehr schönen Gegend mit Meerblick und mit gepflegten Häusern, zum Meer sind es 15min und zur Altstadt 20min Fußweg. Alles in allem war es bis jetzt unsere beste Mieterfahrung in Porec. Zum Abschied hat Dora uns und unserer Tochter noch ein kleines Geschenk überreicht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
