Luxury New !!! Apartment One and Only with terrace & free bikes

We travel a lot around the world, but this apartment left a particularly strong inpressions on us👍👍👍👍👍,located in a peaceful and guiet area...yet close to both the sea and town..free parking in front of the apartment....anddd free bicycles....wooww...apartment is extremely clean..all was like on fotto...the kichen has all you need thay even have a SMEG toaster, just like i have a home😍😍😍...what a feeling.. the bed is big ....and also terrase with 🍋🍋🍋🍋🍒🍒🍒🍒🥝🥝three😍😍😍.. the host are wonderful people happy people.. we will definitely return to this apartment, and not JUST ONCE BUT MANY TIMES

Il monolocale è in ottima posizione ed ha tutti i comfort. La pulizia è impeccabile. Petra, la titolare, ci ha accolto con estrema gentilezza e cortesia. È una persona deliziosa, sempre disponibile e con ottimi consigli per luoghi da visitare e buoni ristoranti in zona.

This compact little apartment has obviously been lovingly put together. There were fresh flowers on the terrace table. There's a kettle and toaster and a washing line out back. Parking. 20 mins brisk walk into old town and 10 mins walk to an excellent beach. A lovely kiwi tree/ plant in the back terrace and a welcome glass of homemade wine.

The wording on the title is VERY misleading. This apartment is NOT new and NOT luxury. A luxury apartment has tea & coffee, fluffy white towels, mosquito nets on windows, water in the fridge, egyptian cotton sheets, 2 pillows each, aircon IN the bedroom, a shower riser rail that stays up! The fittings are newish. In this apartment the fridge, aircon and cooker hood all worked but were yellowing with age. The kitchen cupboards had some warping on the doors. The shower curtain does not quite reach right round the shower. There was no shower gel. I had to message her for WIFI code. The headboard on the bed is actually disintegrating and when my husband sat up in bed to read, some of the plastic came off on his back. The hostess was overly determined to know our times of arrival and departure and we both found her a bit bossy. She was wuite adamant we should get back on the bike and ride into town instead of walking. When I explained that would mean my husband couldn't have a drink if we did that, she said 'its only one day!' Like it's any of her business!!! When on holiday I want to relax, not clock watch, and we felt we had to. I couldn't get away fast enough. I could understand her needing to know exact times of arrival and departure if she had to travel to meet you ( which is what I presumed!) but she lives right next door

Petra ist eine überaus engagierte Gastgeberin. Sie ist wirklich bemüht, dass es ihren Gästen gut geht. Gute Tipps und vor allem auch die ruhige Nachbarschaft haben wir sehr geschätzt.

Loved the style and layout of the accommodation, close walking proximity to town and the beach, quiet location, excellent host who went out her way to ensure we had everything we needed including the use of bikes, plus helpful advice about any trips we made.

Nothing I can think of .. it was a perfect place for us.

Great location to explore Porec! Tony and Petra was lovely hosts

First of all, an extremely clean apartment, which is very important to me, as it is on all travels. The apartment is 1/1 as in the pictures. The kitchen has everything a person needs on vacation. The landlady Petra is very pleasant and communicative, don't hesitate to ask for info; a big plus, Petra's dad makes an excellent "Teranino", you must try it! In the vicinity, about ten minutes' walk away, there is, in my opinion, the best beach "Brulo" for relaxing in Poreč, shade, the intoxicating smell of pine trees + the smell of the sea, a great way to feed the body with positive energy. We will definitely be going back.
