The only good thing I would say about this property is that there is a good view from the rooftop two flights of stairs up from the apartment. This is also where the swimming pool is.

The photos don't properly show that there's very little natural light to the property and also that it's two flights of stairs away from the pool. The fridge, freezer and oven didn't work, there was very little kitchen equipment and we had to wait a long time to be let in, despite sending our arrival time the day before. The air con didn't reach into the bedrooms and there was no air flow. It's above a large supermarket. I wouldn't recommend it as somewhere to stay. The host understood when we changed our stay from 1 day to 5, so that's a plus. We were able to find something much nicer closer to the beach for a better price.

The location was great. We could walk to most of what we wanted to do. Excellent restaurants within 5 minutes and close bus stop. Also good shops for souvenirs and beach clothes. Car would not have been necessary. And the roof top pool later in the evening was the perfect place to relax. Had a monkey parade right across the street one morning.

A bit more pre-trip information on exact location might have helped and maybe a table with an umbrella up top.
