"Home sweet home!"

Wonderful house to stay. Very good ambiance. Host is very nice, respectful, answers immediately. All the shops, restaurants are close by. Very good location. I highly recommend this house to stay.

Very very clean. Stocked well with bath soap, shampoo, towels, etc. Owner communicated well.

A lot of street noise. One night we heard people outside talking all night at the body shop next door.

Location, parking. Owner communicates

It was open only 2 bedrooms at checkin while we booked 3 bedrooms. But owner sent us the code for the locked room after a phone call.

"a wonderful home from home in a great location to explore Boston, if you rent a car and want to explore the coast"

great location if you have a hire car and want to visit the coast (eg Nantucket) but also fairly close to the subway to get the red line into Boston town (and avoid driving in the busy traffic). perfect living room area with TV and lots of good channels for chilling out with the family after a busy day of sight-seeing. well equipped kitchen with great coffee machine and fridge with ice and water dispenser. lots of space for us to get a decent-sized bedroom each (we were a family of four). the wonderful Granite Street cafe was 5 minutes walk - lovely staff - and a great way to start our day with a traditional breakfast (what a selection on the menu!). There was a 7 11 shop also 5 minutes walk for initial supplies when we arrived. then a great larger walgreen supermarket 5 minutes drive with a pharmacy next door on granite street. and an excellent Chinese carry out place nearby too (China chopsticks). highly recommend the Fat Cat restaurant in nearby Quincy centre: huge portions of delicious food. the host was very helpful and communicated promptly throughout. highly recommend visits to Scituate (gorgeous place!) and Nantasket Beach (golden sand!). plus if you can get to Nantucket, cycle up to Sconset (so beautiful!).

"Cozy, Very well cleaned a place you feel like you was home!"

This property was beautiful and extremely clean. I was there for my 50th event. with 4 of my other girlfriends and my son and they are loved it. it even had a laundry room in the basement. very Cozy spot!

For us ladies trying to get we just need a full length mirror. Lol
