La struttura è bella e accogliente, il personale molto disponibile a risolvere problemi.

Le informazioni fornite da booking non erano per niente accurate: l'annuncio prevedeva 3 posti letto e invece la nostra host ci ha detto che nessuna sistemazione ne ha più di due. Ho fatto una segnalazione ma mi è stata subito archiviata. Ho controllato anche con la host che gli annunci per tre indicano la loro struttura e non riusciva a spiegarsi come mai. Avrei desiderato un risarcimento da parte di booking. Sono molto soddisfatta da come la host, gentilissima, abbia risolto l'inconveniente, la sera del 31 dicembre, prima dei festeggiamenti: ha spostato un divano della hall nel salottino e ci ha fornito lenzuola e cuscini...

Die Lage ist einmalig. Innenstadtnah, wunderbare Lokalitäten (Bars, Restaurants, Cafes) nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Das Entree zu unserem Apartment war sehr stimmungsvoll mit einem schön geschmückten Weihnachtsbaum. Das Apartment selbst war großartig, alles da was man benötigt, sehr stilvoll ein- und hergerichtet.

Da gibt es einfach gar nichts zu meckern
