I loved the hospitality, the service and the positivity of the family members that manage the property. The parking places are a plus, nice view and good facilities in the accommodation. Good wifi.

Prices are exaggerated; I guess this year (2023), the prices became irrational - value for the money report is negative. The price Radisson Spa - Split ( private beach -swimming pools, first row to the see). 1120€ vs 750€ for 3 nights. Don’t get me wrong, I was searching for local experience, nevertheless the price for a local house without so many of those facilities from a 4 ⭐️ hotel…..it’s a bit incorrect. I spent many vacations in the south of Ciovo and in Split ( also in Istria) I can objectively assess the value for the money & is not correct. 80% of all expenses during a 2 weeks Croatian tour were forcefully made in cash 💰. Taxes avoidance, neve, the only benefit is in for the comerciant none for the client. Attention ⚠️

Hosts are altogether awesome, warm and welcoming and also there for you for everything you need. Apartment also exceptional, specialy for this price. Best part of the vacation is definetly the breakfast!

I am really sorry to say this, but there is nothing bad I can say about the hosts or apartment. Anyone who can, should consult a professional for being too stuck-up.

The apartments are very nice with a balcony and view in the sea and have everything you need. You wake up to a fantastic homemade breakfast every morning with eggs, pancakes, etc. Otherwise whenever you need sth the family is very helpful. Additionally relaxing in the jaccouzzi in the evening after a long day rounds up things very well. Definitely coming back
