Apartment Irene

The place is situated close to the beaches in Rovinj (Lone Bay and Cuvi beach) - about 15 min walk, and relatively close to the town center - about 20-25 min walk. Very clean, spacious, with furniture in good condition. All appliances were working. All sanitary objects were in good condition.

A balcony would have given a plus for a better experience. The sound insulation was not perfect.

Location was ideal, close enough to both the old town and Cuvi beach. Property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay

- Very friendly and attentive host - location is good, a family-friendly beach can easily be reached by foot. About 20 min walk to the old town - very clean apartment with washing machine - free parking spot - towels were changed every 3 days

I don't expect a full range of spices and herbs, but basics such as salt, pepper and maybe some oil would have been appreciated Hint: The nearby supermarket is a mess. If you have a car, drive to Kaufland, which has everything one can think of - even decent bread ;-)

Everything was exceptional! The apartment is spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. It’s conveniently located on the ground floor, about an 18-minute walk to the Old Town and 12 minutes to the beach. Free parking is available right next to the entrance. Irene is a fantastic host—kind, attentive, and highly responsive. She greeted us outside, gave us a tour, and shared helpful tips and links. She even assisted us with rescheduling our Plitvice Lakes tickets, calling customer service on our behalf and following up multiple times to ensure the issue was resolved. I cannot recommend this place highly enough—one of the best properties we’ve ever rented!

The apartment was comfortable, well-equipped, and clean. It's a gentle walk into town and a short walk to an excellent beach. Irene was a wonderful host. She made us feel very welcome and gave us great recommendations for beaches and restaurants in Rovinj.

There was nothing to dislike!

I don't usually write reviews, but now I have to! The apartment is perfect, the location is ideal and everything is clean. But what leaves the biggest impression is the owner. Irena is the most wonderful woman ever! Kind and caring. She explained everything in detail in Rovinj and was always helpful. She even booked a winery for us. I think that coming to this apartment will become a tradition.

Our host Irene was very helpful and kind. The accommodation is clean and equipped with everything. There are also little things and accessories that I have never seen anywhere else. Just like our kitchen at home. Perfect relaxation for families. Parking is available in the front of the apartment. The beautiful Cuvi beach is actually located next to the forest and the beach is surrounded with the trees, which is perfect to enjoy the sun and the sea but still to stay in the shades. Shops, cafes and restaurants are close by, as is the gorgeous city of Rovinj. It also ideal position for exploring Istra, many beautiful places are positioned nearby, such as Bale, Fažana, Pula, Grožnjan, Vodnjan.. We will definitely be back next year! I RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE!
