Nur eine Kleinigkeit: sehr steile und viele Treppen

Colazione non prevista....mi è piaciuta la vista sul borgo e sul mare.... stupendi tramonti.. arredamento letto ampio e comodo..

Terzo piano con scala assai ripida.

Excellent location, with possibly the best views in Rovinj. The apartment was comfortable, well cared for, and extremely well equipped.

The stairs, but they are not as bad as some people have made out. They just need a little care negotiating. I've seen much worse. At the end of the day, it's an old third floor apartment; what else would you expect.

I think that is a best view in Rovinj!!!!! So comfortable and cool!

The apartment is location wise really great, right at the city square and with a good few onto the ocean. The apartment is modern and nicely deprecated. It was clean at the arrival and ready to move in.

They need to put a note in for the people who are not so good on foot, because of the stairways they are very small and need to be urgently renovated. The apartment in on the 3rd floor and with the stairways and the small steps ifs not easy to get up. Therefore people who are not good on foot , should not book this apartment. The place was well-equipped and beautiful, an elaborate kitchen and a large apartment

The access stairs to the apartment were terrible, very unsafe, especially when you go up with luggage. On the second day we had a power outage that was not handled properly, one contact person did not answer us and the other tried to postpone the treatment until the next day, wanted us to go to bed without electricity, without air conditioning, without the ability to cook and all the shopping we did could spoil in the refrigerator. After I insisted and complained, he decided to look into the matter and call someone who arrived after about an hour and a half. In short, there are many good apartments in the area, not sure I would go for this apartment.
