Studio Biritin- free parking

The studio is really spacious and very clean; completely renovated, nicely furnished, comfortable. Easy check-in (the host sent me the lock box code in advance) and easy and good communication with the host. I liked the colours (blue and white) and all the small decorations (fish, sailboats...). Comfortable bed, plenty of fresh towels, well equipped kitchen. The studio is very close to the very center of Rovinj, with easy acces to cafes and restaurants. Safe area. You can get right to the door with your car to unload luggage : go through a narrow street called Pusta Ulica, unload and then you can acces a parking on Obala Alda Negria where you will always find free parking because it's a one way street. Parking paid through BMove App.

My main complaint was about a one-time event: lot of noise starting on Saturday at 5:10 a.m, from a reconstruction site about 20 m from my windows. I contacted the owner and she explained that a roof is being repaired on that house after a recent storm, I understand that, but starting at 5:10 A.M. in a very tourist destination in high season seems unacceptable to me. Besides that, I could mention 2 things that did not really bother me, but should be said: the stairs to the studio are VERY steep and it may be a problem for someone with mobility issues. The studio is quite dark as the windows look to a very narrow street and there is not much day light. But if you'll stay outside most of the day (visiting Rovinj, enjoying the beach), it's not a problem at all.

We absolutely loved this studio, it has everything one needs for an overnight stay in Rovinj, the location is unbeatable on the corniche, inside the old town and one step from the sea, surrounded by restaurants and atmosphere. It is extremely comfortable, quiet, you can see a lot of thought has been put into the decoration, the comfort and all the small details. We booked last minute and Margrita was quick to reply, helpful with recommendations and straightforward with instructions.

Clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, lots of amenities, dry rack was a great bonus

Poor internet, thin walls, squeaky bed.
