This place truly felt like home. Warm, welcoming, and perfectly set up for a solo traveler and remote worker — the Wi-Fi worked great, and I had everything I needed to feel comfortable and settled. The location is absolutely incredible: just 2 minutes to the main square and about a 5-minute walk up to the church. You’re right in the heart of everything, yet it still feels calm and cozy. Luka is one of the friendliest and warmest hosts I’ve ever met. He even carried my bag from the parking lot up to the apartment, which I really appreciated. A small but meaningful gesture. Also worth noting: in winter, parking is free and easy to find. Even though it was winter and off-season, the town had a lovely, gentle buzz — the perfect balance between lively and peaceful. Rovinj is truly a gem, especially if you enjoy a mix of vibrant energy and calm moments. When I return to Rovinj, this is the only place I want to stay.

- Luka è stato un host perfetto, di una disponibilità e gentilezza senza pari. Ci ha aspettato all'arrivo per accoglierci e darci tutte le informazioni necessarie e ci ha consentito di avere ancora l'appartamento a disposizione ben oltre l'orario di check in, per lasciare le valigie in appartamento. Fantastico! - l'appartamento è davvero carino e dotato di ogni confort, come casa vacanze estiva è semplicemente perfetta. Noi ci siamo state a dicembre e l'abbiamo trovato super accogliente. Addirittura c'è sapone, shampoo, detersivi per la cucina, spugnette x lavare i piatti, stoviglie, pentole, piano a induzione, wi-fi, aria condizionata, the, zucchero, olio, sale, coperte. Perfetto! - la posizione è fantastica, in pieno centro storico. Dalla finestra si gode una splendida vista sui tetti della città! In pochi passi si raggiunge la piazza, il duomo, il porto. Tutto è a portata di mano! - struttura davvero pulita!

Az apartmant nagyon sok meredek lépcsőn keresztül lehetett csak megközelíteni. A hirdetésben ez nem szerepelt, sőt, akadálymentesként hirdették. Ingyenes parkoló is szerepelt a hidetésben, de ez 20 percnyi séta távolságban van a valóságban. Nem is maradtunk ott, inkább elbuktuk a befizetett éjszakákat és kerestünk egy másik szállást.
