"Overall it was a great experience"

I like that it is located near anywhere I wanted to visit.

You have to be extra careful with the stairs going to your booked room. Not good for senior citizens.

Location is great - in the old town, near all amenities of Rovinj. The apartment is in a typical building of the Venetian period (narrow circular stairways, wooden windows opening on the street ...). Mulini beach (very beautiful one) is on some 20-25 min of walking by the coast, practical for avoiding traffic jams. Recommendation.

Great location and amenities. Fresh towels and sheets were provided every few days. The host Luka was very nice and communicated very well.

Difficult flight of stairs to get up. The kitchen sink splashes everywhere. The WiFi was very slow most of the time.
