Apartment Fianona - Rovinj city center

Location and layout of the apartment. Great communication with the host.

No elevator. Hard getting luggage up the stairs. Was hard to find.

The apartment was in a wonderful location to the old Rovinj town and harbour. Both bedrooms have ensuites, making it easy when travelling with friends. Excellent air conditioning, especially to keep cool in the heat of Croatian summer.

The apartment is on a 2nd floor, which would struggle for anyone with mobility issues.

The location is great: turn left and you are in the old town, turn right and you are in the marina and nice beaches. Really close to everything. We stayed there for six days so Tanja gave us a free parking tip that was 13 mins walk away, that worked out great. The apartment very well decorated, very spacious and has a cute balcony that is perfect for having breakfasts. It also has a washing machine, a dishwasher and all kinds of glass and tableware.

There was that smell in one of the bathrooms that other reviewers were talking about. It comes and goes but there is a nice deodorant there and I am pretty sure there is not much they can do in a town that old.

This is a superb location- halfway between the old town and the gorgeous Mullini Beach. A gorgeous flat, very helpful team (Tanya and Katya), would highly recommend.

Would include a tea pot for tea drinkers, and add a note that the awning automatically retracts in storms.

The location of the apartment was excellent, as it is located right off the main touristic shopping alley in Rovinj, a grocery store is across the street and restaurants and shops just minutes from the front door and the old town is about a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Tanja was an exceptionally responsive host leading up to and even during our visit, always replying promptly whenever I messaged her. The AC keeps the apartment comfortable and the kitchen has high quality appliances and is well stocked.

If using a car during your stay parking can be a bit tricky figuring out the zones and how long you can stay in each and what is the cost. I found the huge field which for now offers free parking, but it is a 15 minute walk away from the apartment, so probably not the best option if relying frequently on the car to get around.
