Apartment Roze

Muy limpio, acogedor y bien situado, muy detallista la mujer, nos dejó botella de vino y galletas. Hemos estado muy bien allí.

Apartment Roze has quite a good location, not so far from the city center, but also not that far - other way to the Mullini beach area. Accommodation had everything we needed for our short stay. Kitchen is not big, but apart from dishwasher, you’ ll find there there also coffee machine (with some capsules) and toaster. Bathroom had also spare clean towels and some toiletries. The owner prepared for us a bottle of Croatian wine and a pack of regional biscuits too, so it was perfect little present for my birthday evening.

Response to our message via Booking didn’t come before our arrival. So as we didn’t get parking instructions well ahead, we found different place for parking as you cannot park next to the Apartment house. But it was ok and it did not cost us anything (that time in June)

Everything except parking was a 5-minute walk away.

It was very nice experience. Room was very clean, host were very gentle. Also the location was perfect for us, near the beach and old town.

Only thing bothered us was Smoking smell from down stair. Seems like old lady who lives down stair smokes a lot and smoking smell comes up to our room.. even in very late night so we couldn't sleep well because of smoking smell.

The property was fab in great location, the hosts were amazing, we arrived late and due to a bank holiday the local supermarket was closed, Rosa made sure we were well looked after. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine, an Easter basket full of chocolate and even a fab box of local chocolate… all in all it was a fabulous place to stay and we will return to these apartments. X

Just a few minutes walk from the old town and the house is clean and has all the amenities you’d need. The host are most welcoming and down to earth people. I highly recommend staying here!

This property has everything I would expect to have in my own home. I was especially pleased that we had iron and ironing table, and also dryer on which we could put our towels and swimming suits on, since there is not balcony. There are also free coffee and bikes which helped us a lot, saved us money and ton of time (especially if you visit “Zlatni Rt” every day). Location is perfect in my opinion as it is right between Zlatni Rt (beaches) and Old town. You need 10-15 minutes to reach both on foot. Apartment was very clean, we had ton of towels and the host even changed them once just in case, along with the bed linen. We had wine and cookies waiting for us upon our arrival, which was a very nice gesture. Check-in and checkout were very smooth. Parking was 5 euros per day, about 5 minutes on foot from the apartment. This is cheaper than the regular parking. When we come and visit Rovinj next year, we will look up for this place first.
