Retras, priveliște superbă, gazdă foarte primitoare

Totul a fost super, casa primitoare, calduroasa, amenajată cu bun gust. Pe zona de bucătărie este mai mult decat tot ce ai nevoie, cafeaua excepționala din partea gazdelor 👍🏼 mulțumim! Saltelele paturilor au fost ceva de vis 🤩🤩🤩 Gazda super primitoare si pregătită sa te ajute cu orice ai nevoie.

בית עץ גדול ומרווח מאוד, מאובזר בציוד חדש. העיצוב כפרי חמים ומרגיע, הריח נעים והמיקום מאוד שקט ופרטי מול נוף הרים פראי. כריסטי מאחר מאוד נחמד ושמח לעזור לנו בכל בקשה.

כשהגענו היה קצת קשה למצוא את המקום.

Clean, quiet well equipped

The Nest is a 10/10 – absolutely exceptional. We were a family of four, with both our boys well over six feet tall, and the accommodation was perfect for us. Everyone had a stunning room with a view, and it was a wonderful place to spend Christmas and New Year. I searched long and hard for a self-catering property that wasn’t a high-rise flat, and this was absolutely ideal. You really feel like you’re in the mountains, yet you’re still close to the town and shops. The décor is lovely, the kitchen is perfectly equipped for cooking evening meals, and having a TV in each room (with Netflix, etc.) was a real bonus. Don’t be put off by the owners living downstairs — you honestly don’t see or hear them unless you need something. They are extremely experienced, incredibly kind, and very helpful if asked. Sinaia is the perfect base if you want to explore Transylvania. We hired a car from Bucharest and stayed over Christmas and New Year — it was truly magical. On Christmas Day we took the cable car up to 2000m, drank mulled wine, and went sledging. We also took the train from Sinaia to Brașov (very regular services), and from the station got an Uber to Bran Castle. Although all our exploring was fantastic, the local mountains and walks close to Sinaia were outstanding. There are three main mountain roads from Sinaia and Bușteni — you really can’t go wrong. One leads to a stunning lake, another brings you to Peleș Castle. We had no issues at all with shopping — local supermarkets were open and well stocked — and we enjoyed some great meals out, including excellent Indian restaurants. One of the biggest bonuses was the hotel next door (Hotel Mara). Every couple of days we went there for a swim, sauna, and a game of pool for a small extra charge, which was lovely. Overall, book this place. If you want a relaxed mountain experience, close to amenities but slightly out of town, this is perfect. Well done — you have an amazing property and are absolutely wonderful hosts.

This is not what we don’t like- but you need to remember România is a country going through a transition so it is still moving from old to new

Cazare excelentă! Camere curate, călduroase, confortabile si bine utilate. Gazda a fost foarte amabila si a raspuns prompt oricarei solicitari venite din partea noastra. Locația este ideală, liniștită și ușor accesibilă. Recomand cu mare drag!
