Central loft at Teleferic

The information in booking is not correct. The place was offered for 2 adults and 3 kids, and the sofa is not big enough for three kids. It should not appear as a result in the search at all. The price for the parking is not 3, but 6 ron per hour. The sofa was not prepared, and the linen for it looked dirty.

Location was nice, close to the main street, right in the center of the town. The host was very responsive, trying to fix the issues and apologized for it.

The cleaning standard was very low. It looked clean and neat in the pictures but NO. The bathroom needs a deep cleaning. Most of things are falling apart...broken sink, flooring .Stair case was very, very noisy. If you decided to use the bathroom downstairs you will woke up everyone in the loft. Only 3 chairs at the table. The sofa needs to be replaced, it was ripped and broken. Inside where the sheets were stored was full of dust and hair. This issue, I noticed, was already mention by other guest in the past and it is the reason for my review. I believe if you ignored what guest are signaling you don't care about guests. My big issue was that the sheets from the living room were not changed from the previous guests, and I couldn't get over.

★★★★★ The hosts were remarkably accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We greatly appreciated being allowed to check in very early, which made a significant difference to our trip. The property's location is absolutely perfect - right next to the Sinaia cable car station and in the heart of downtown Sinaia. As a wonderful bonus, we received a special discount at the family's restaurant, which added great value to our stay.

It was a little bit cold in the evening and the shower needed a little cleaning but absolutely not critical

The apartment was very nice and cozy, with everything you need for a short stay. Parking was available just in front of the apartment, paying a reasonable fee. Really in walking distance to the teleferic which brings to the ski resort.

When I booked the apartment I did not notice it is distributed on two levels, with the master bedroom upstairs and the living (with the sofa bed) downstairs. For us it was not a problem, but I imagine it could be if you travel with very young kids or people with reduced mobility. There are stairs also to reach the apartment door. Also, in summer on the upper floor it tends to be quite hot (which I guess is an advantage in the winter).
