The apartment is in a great location, well-maintained, and offers excellent facilities. The beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are clean and modern. The outdoor space is generous, and there's ample seating in both the lounge and dining area to accommodate all nine guests, something many properties overlook. The kitchen is well-equipped with two coffee machines, two ovens, a large fridge-freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. There's also a dedicated laundry room, which is a useful bonus.

The apartment listing on Booking.com highlights a jacuzzi, but it's unclear there's €75 extra charge which is only disclosed at the bottom of the listing and billed separately by the management company. This feels misleading given its prominence in the marketing. We also experienced a major issue with the air-conditioning in all bedrooms; it wasn’t working upon arrival during a heatwave (37°C). Although an engineer was sent, it took over 24 hours to fix, and even then, the system didn't seem to cool to the lowest setting of 22°C. We were compensated after our stay, but it significantly impacted our comfort and ability to relax. While the management team was friendly and helpful, communications were overwhelming with many automated messages via email, Booking.com, and WhatsApp from a virtual concierge. These included repetitive instructions about cleaning and noise prevention, an extra contract to sign beyond Booking.com terms, and confusing payment reminders; For example, after paying via Booking.com, we received a message the same day threatening 'cancellation and loss of funds unless an additional balance was paid in 72 hours', which turned out to be just the city tax, which of course you would expect to pay locally/separately. A more streamlined approach to communications would make a big difference.

Casa EXTREMAMENTE confortável e equipada. Camas boas, chuveiros bons, sala, TV, jacuzzi, churrasqueira, tudo impecável. Localização tb mto boa. Supermercados próximos, mtas opções restaurantes, estação de trem pra Barcelona a 3min caminhando do apto. Praia tb perto, uns 10 min.

Mto ruim a restrição de horario para uso da área externa. No verão escurece mto tarde (22h) e limitar o uso da área externa até 22h30 é mto ruim. Tb faltam cadeiras de praia e guarda sol. Se vier de carro estacionar é impossível e não tinha disponibilidade de estacionamento do apto.

The appartment is excellent: very clean, huge TV, kitchen well equipped. It is not far from the beaches (Sitges is not big after all). The host was responsive, friendly and speaks good english.

The internet was a bit slow (especially in the rooms where there are repeaters). The AC in the rooms is not that good and the min temperature everywhere is 22 degrees. AI may have not read the property description properly regarding the security deposit or the jacuzzi which was at extra cost and needed to be paid in advance to prepare it, but at the same time the mentioning of the extra cost comes in very small in the facilities while the jacuzzi in highlighted in the title so it is easy to miss the extra charges).

All the arrival instructions were clear and detailed.

Lovely spacious apartment, perfect for our group of adults celebrating my 60thbirthday. Clean and comfortable with a great outside area. Also brilliant location just a 5 minute walk from all amenities and beach.

Nothing

The apartment is in a fantastic location, just a short stroll from all amenities. Several supermarkets are nearby, and the promenade and beaches along Passeig de la Ribera are no more than a 10-minute leisurely walk away. That said, it took us a little longer, as we couldn’t resist stopping at some of the beautiful shops, cafés, and bars that Sitges has to offer. While the apartment is close to the train line, the noise is barely noticeable inside, and even outside, you quickly forget it's there. The apartment itself is well-equipped, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable. I would recommend bringing extra towels, particularly beach towels, as the apartment provides white bath towels, which we ended up using for both showering and the hot tub. During our stay, we experienced a minor electrical issue due to heavy rainfall (unrelated to the apartment itself). Contacting the virtual concierge via WhatsApp was straightforward, and the host responded promptly, guiding us through the resolution effortlessly. Having visited Sitges many times and stayed in various apartments and hotels across different locations, I can confidently recommend this apartment. If you're looking for a centrally located stay with a fantastic terrace, sunshade, and hot tub, this is an excellent choice.

Lack of towels and large coffee cups

A little tricky to locate the lock box but was provided with a video to walk us through the location so found after a few minutes of searching

We experienced heavy rain and so this set the noise monitors off which caused several messages and calls while we were sleeping. Someone even came to the apartment during the early hours to check we weren’t partying which was concerning and although we received an apology it felt like we were being watched and monitored at all times and were scared to make any noise for fear of being evicted and didn’t feel relaxed.
