Bien situé, superbe vue de l’appartement et sortie de l’appartement

Forte chaleur et pas de « vrai » clim, plus des ventilateurs que des clims, trop chaud également dans la chambre qui est plus un « placard » qu’une chambre et apparemment très petit, un peu ancien avec des articles abîmés…

La piscina,

Pues desde que entre la falta de higiene, en toda la casa , un olor insoportable de la nevera,el extintor tirado en el suelo, junto al sensor de humos que también estaba roto a tal punto que no veas el calambrazo que se llevó mi marido, para continuar el único armario que había los cajones descolgados y roto, el grifo de la ducha oxidado todo , lo que te ofrece la hervidera etc con una suciedad tremenda, luego las fotos no me encajaban como yo lo había alkilado otras sillas viejas que te hundidas, etc,, ahora viene lo mejor, nosotros hemos estado del 3/9 al 7/9 pues el primer día la mando un mensaje a la persona que nos da las llaves, comentando la que la terraza estaba a llena de agua todo el suelo y no sabía que teníamos que hacer, ella me contestó que gracias por la información, al día siguiente me pongo a investigar y es el tubo del aire acondicionado que lo tiene metido detrás de la pared hasta el suelo justo donde la lavadora, que pasa que cuando pones la lavadora y eso sigue echando agua el riesgo de que te electrocutarse es grande, aparte de que me he tirado todas las vacaciones poniendo las toallas en el suelo, bueno si alguien me puede decir el teléfono de la propietaria, porque si voy a denunciar porque meten fotos falsas, por no hablar de cómo hemos venido de mordiscos de chinches .

La struttura dell'appartamento e la piscina

Muy buena atención por parte de Ludmila, siempre dispuesta y atenta a nuestras peticiones. El apartamento es pequeño pero tiene todas las comodidades para pasar unos días muy agradables en Sitges. No le falta detalle y la pequeña terraza es un plus para desayunar y/o cenar al aire libre. En la zona de la urbanización se puede aparcar, ya que hay sitio disponible. Muy recomendable, volveremos!

Me gustó todo, no le pongo ninguna pega

The view is not bad and the balcony is nice enough. The table was big enough and very suitable for my work and could be lifted with crank shaft for ergonomic working. Wifi was perfect for my work with company VPN (funny: no wifi coverage in bathroom). Thx to Booking.com it was posible without too much problem to get refund for the problems (see below). The responsiveness via Booking.com or Whatsap is very fast and comunication is reasonably efficient. Parking is for free and not so difficult to find. The area is safe. The pool I did not use. You can drive in 5 minutes to a gratis parking at the border of the center and I always found a space (end of June). There are many pots and pans. This place, if many issues would be fixed, could be a suggestion if the price would be low compared to other places.

I do not want to punish the owner more since he already had to make a big refund. I also do not want to spend the time to make a detailed assessment of the deficiencies and necessary improvements. It has to be said however that there is a huge list of things to fix, maintain, renovate, improve, complete; and also in terms of professionalism in general. Most crucial: - Water supply was cut off for several hours from day two for about 2 weeks. - matrass was terrible and they changed it to another cheap one which was sufferable. sofa was also tolerable for sleeping. - itchiness after first night solved by washing everything 60°C, lower sheet was dirty. - Some statements and promises not trustworthy. - For cooking, tools are not sufficient (small sharp knife, functional spatula, etc.) - The fotos show lots of cabinets but most of them are closed / full / broken, etc., so you can use only a very smoll number of cabinets which makes things difficult. Furthermore it is noted that the close-by highway is audible to substantial extent, but it is an acceptable level even for sleeping and working with open windows, if you are not looking for particularly silent place.

There was an issue with water at the apartment, where we would wake up and find no running water, we had water for a few hours in the day but every day the time changed so we never knew when it would next be on. When water was off, couldn't flush the toilet, and as you can imagine in the heat it smelt! We were provided with 2 fans, which didn't really make a difference to the temperature in the apartment at all.
