Mickitos City Center Apartment

The location is great. That's about all.

The apartment is located at the top, sixth floor of a very old building with an old elevator. From the beginning, it felt different, less cozy than the polished photos from Booking, although all the inventory was there. We asked if it was possible to pay for one night but get a refund for the remaining one or two or to be transferred to another of the owner's apartment. The owner was not willing to give us any alternative. While most of the furniture's surfaces was cleaned, the kitchen elements, including the dishes were dirty (see sample photos). The bathroom also seemed OK at the beginning, but had holes in the wall and on the third day, I found a dying cockroach at the floor (also photo). The apartment next door and the hallway roof seemed in ruins (see photo). The couch was new. The bed was queen size, but with two mattresses and a gap in between. Overall, the place might be OK for some travellers, but I was unpleasently surprised.

I love the decor, it is modern and interesting. The city view from the 6th floor is very nice. The location is perfect, close to the City Center, public transportation, restaurants, and shopping. Great for a solo traveler!

There is an iron, but no place to iron. A small ironing board made specifically for small apartments would fit in the closet. Many properties I have stayed in recently advertise "ironing facilities", but throwing a towel on the floor and ironing my clothing there is not adequate. For me, this is a big deal. I realize it is not so for many other travelers.

Just everything, trust me you will enjoy here! So clean, so comfortable - the owner is so nice, and i will came again, no doubt! Hvala drugar!

Great apartment that had everything you needed for a wonderful stay. Lovely hosts who drove us from the cafe where you could store your bags to the apartment.

Central location. Spacious living space and bedroom. Nice view from the room. Host was really responsive and quick to resolve issues and meet guests' needs.
