Posizione centralissima, ottima per esplorare Tropea e con tantissimi servizi nelle vicinanze. Perfetto per una famiglia oppure un gruppo di amici. Inoltre, l’host è stato molto disponibile e ci ha aiutato ad organizzare il transfer da e per l’aeroporto.

"Very basic accommodation but great location."

The location is excellent. It was quite spacious. The host was very responsive. Check in was easy.

The entrance to the building was pretty bad - very run down (see picture) but you cross over to the building the apartment is in so don’t be too put off by it.. It is a bring your own everything accommodation which I’m not used to so just be prepared for that. Very little is provided beyond sheets and towels. There were 2 bathrooms but only 1 roll of toilet paper so 1 bathroom had toilet paper but no hand soap and the other bathroom had hand soap but no toilet paper. The a/c is upstairs on the landing so you can’t feel it at all in the main bedroom and you can’t feel it very much downstairs. Finally, there’s some sort of water pump or something in the bedroom that goes off quite a lot and is very loud.

Location was wonderful & close to everything.

Stairs into the property need lighting. More information on how to use washing machine & directions if power turns off.

Amazing location at the heart of Tropea old town. Walking distance to beaches, bars, cafes and restaurants. Our host Antonio was very accommodating and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back next time we are in Tropea.

"Great location in a beautiful resort"

Great location - though don't rely on satnav to find it! Access to free parking is ok, but we were visiting in October and in summer months it's likely to be more difficult to find. Just on edge of historical centre so easy to find eating/drinking/shopping opportunities. Easy access to the beach - about 10 minute walk but over 100 steps down as town is at top of the cliff. Juliet-balcony gave fabulous view over a small square.

Some small issues, eg, hot water not on when we arrived but issue solved after quick call; limited range of crockery in kitchen and coffee pot broken but promptly replaced. Limited storage for clothing. Narrow spiral staircase to access upper sleeping area could be tricky, especially carrying luggage up/down.
