The location is really good: right in the middle of the city of Tudela, train nearby and public parking around the corner. Supermarket within 1 minute walking. Also, the apartment is really spacious and the interior is well designed - German influences? This apartment has such potentiontal! However...

The attention the the level of detail in some areas of the apartment is lacking. A few examples: - In the bathroom that is connected to the main sleeping room, we found two half-smoked cigarettes on top of the mirror/power outlet. You normally dont see this, except for when you are Dutch and 2.05m. Then in the shower, the wiring of the lights is exposed - water or steam can enter. The shower area itself is also in great need of renovation as the corners are turning yellow and there are holes between the tiles. - Kitchen: same story. One of the drawers in the cabinet on the left is broken and falls out if openend, also leans on the underlying door. All pans had an Anti-Stick coating, but that was a long time ago: they are all scratched and I would highly recommend replacing these. Those are just a few examples, probably due to lacking inspections of the apartment or poor maintenance on a contractor's side. But the apartment would be SO nice if just a little more attention was given - then I would 100% recommend it, no doubt.
