Finally visited this location after years after checking them online if they have the apartment available at the time of my trip and it did not disappoint! We stayed one night, the owner Mrs. Pepi welcomed us as if we were relatives, showed us the rooms and recommended places to visit. In the morning she prepared us an excellent breakfast with homemade loukoumades, coffee and orange juice! -the kitchen is fully equipped -there is an air conditioner and a fan -there is a washing machine -the private parking space and an outdoor table are in the pleasant shade We will definitely be coming back here!

Alojamiento muy cómodo, en un barrio residencial cerca del centro pero tranquilo. Se puede aparcar dentro y tiene un pequeño jardín muy agradable. La dueña es súper simpática y te trae un desayuno casero buenísimo. Tuvimos un pequeño problema por un despiste y nos ayudo a solucionarlo. Muchas gracias y ojalá podamos volver.

Der Aufenthalt ist komfortabler und persönlicher als mittlerweile üblich gestaltet. Die Kommunikation erfolgt problemlos. Die Vermieterin wohnt im Hinterhaus, ist jederzeit ansprechbar und kümmert sich liebevoll um ihre Gäste. Zudem hat sie uns mit leckerem selbst gemachtem Gebäck und frischem griechischem Kaffee zum Frühstück überrascht.

El apartamento está como en las fotos, puedes dejar el coche en una entrada que tiene hacia el apartamento. La anfitriona es una señora muy amable que estaba esperándonos cuando le dijimos la hora de llegada. Nos explicó un poco los sitios de interés de la zona y por dónde podíamos comer. Al día siguiente nos trajo un desayuno muy rico. Super agradecidos.

Well, I could say ‘everything’. However, the most impressive aspect of our stay was the hospitality of our host, Pepi. If you have the opportunity to have the breakfast ‘cakes’ with honey - then don’t miss it. Simply delicious. This was really like a home away from home.

Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική για βόλτες στη Σπάρτη χωρίς αυτοκίνητο. Υπάρχει άνετο πάρκινγκ και πρίζα για φόρτιση ηλεκτρικού αυτοκινήτου. Η κυρία Πέπη είναι πολύ ευγενική και εξαιρετικά πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει.

Ο καναπές δεν είναι κατάλληλος για ύπνο και το δεύτερο δωμάτιο δεν διαθέτει κλιματιστικό. Όταν προστεθεί κλιματιστικό και στη δεύτερη κρεβατοκάμαρα, θα είναι πραγματικά μια τέλεια επιλογή. Μέχρι τότε, το κατάλυμα προτείνεται περισσότερο για ζευγάρι ή μικρότερη οικογένεια· για 5 άτομα ίσως δεν καλύπτει πλήρως τις ανάγκες.
