"Excellent location and view"

The property is very well situated with an amazing view over the ocean, clean and comfortable with most things one would need, available. Basement with place for trailer, parking is nice and close to the lift.

This place would be even better with a bit of attention to furniture and decor. There is no latch on the front door and only one set of keys, this was a bit of an issue, if you want to go out on your own, you need to lock other people in or out. Guest bathroom also does not latch

The wind noise coming from the window in the room as you enter the unit was so unbearable and unpleasant...it would be great to have it sealed properly so the wind doesn't whistle through every gap it had.

Sea view Spacious Comfortable Balcony Kitchen

That the fans didn't work without the lights on. Would have been nice with the hot weather too have the fans on at night. Not a dislike really, just a shame there was a bit of lack of attention to details where small things were broken

"Location & building is great , but maintenance & utensils need attention."

The location is gorgeous & finishes are high end. The property is larger than surmised from the photos. Not in the very busy heart of the Strand.

The furnishings does not quite match the finishes & there are a number of maintenance issues that need attention. Loose cupboard handles, rubbers to seal windows loose, lots of odd nails in the walls etc. Also the utensils in the kitchen are very basic. We visited over christmas & it was a challenge, no measure cups or jug for instance. Fans in the bedrooms do not operate separately from the light so it can not be used during the night. Fan in lounge does not work.
