Location not clear, difficult to find. The way of getting the door key is complicated. There is suddenly no hot water. We need to read a lot of instruction before things could be done. Unlike other BnB, everything comes in handy.

The size of the apartment was nice.

The day we arrived I received a message with a lot of arrival information, location of the lock box with the key etc. And this is when I was informed that I must provide my own bathing towels. Who travels with towels? The oven and refrigerator were nasty. When I told the owner she said. "but the waste cans were empty & the beds made up, correct?" I expect more than that when I check into a place. The owner was rude to me a number of times in our text communications. I will never return to this property!

The flat was situated within 15 mins walking distance of Clarks Village, McDonald's, Sainsbury's, Lidl's and Home Bargains.

Location excellent. 10 mins walk to Clarks Village & Street High Street, & in the other direction, 10 mins walk to Sainsburys & Aldi. We also used a local bus, from the High Street, to go to Glastonbury

I contacted the owner to advise that one of the single beds had not been changed prior to our arrival. I also explained that, being of a certain age, we prefer single beds, especially when the weather is warm, but preferably in the same room

The rooms were comfortable and it was very close to Street town centre, with a supermarket and Clarks Village a short walk away. We especially loved the cuddle chair! It was super comfy! The hosts were friendly and kind and the flat contains everything you need. Would definitely visit again.

It is on the ground floor, clean, comfortable, ad all facilities needed, reasonably close to shops.
