Friendly and helpful hostess, friendly cleaning lady, cleanliness, beauty of the lake.

1. It is impossible to meet a cheque -in requirement ( only one hour 14-15) for international travellers. it should be added " or soon agreement" ( which worked). 2.Not enough heating in the room, that was on in the morning and in the evening for some time. Around 11 pm we were freezing. The knives in the kitchen need to be sharpened. 3. My friend got twice " visitors" in her room- some bugs coming from behind the wardrobe. 4 It would be good to have some hooks in the bathroom for the towels.

clean and beautiful. situated at 5min walk from shop, 15min walk from lake and center. calm and green. great host - Patrizia was very nice with us

"Nice apartment near the town of Stresa"

Nice apartment. Short walking distance to the town of Stresa and to the supermarket.

The road next to the apartment was a little bit noisy.
