Spacious & comfortable

This is a basement apartment studio with no proper windows and a very bad smell of mold. Also the electricity goes out very often, the owner switches on from his house upstairs. All the circuits in the apartment causes the electrcity to goes off.

It is spacious. All things are clean. Very responsive owner. Convenient location for groceries and transportation.

All good really. If need to mention one, the apartment is converted from basement so it is not super airy.

Beautiful and spacious apartment; easy walk to public transportation; steps away from the grocery store. It was wonderful having a driveway to park the car! The host was welcoming and informative. The towels were luxurious and there was a bathtub. It was located in a nice neighbourhood.

The mirror in the bathroom was not centred over the sink.

comunication with the owner was excellent

The Landlord was absolutely outstanding with excellent communication throughout (non intrusive but always available with rapid responses). The apartment was very clean, has great space and had all the facilities needed for a very comfortable stay, with private parking and great access to supermarkets and food outlets (Sushi, BK, small cafe's etc). Real great location to use as a base to visit the beach (20 min walk) or get the train (station is 10 min walk and trains are frequent) to the city and other beaches. Whenever I visit Oeiras next, this is the accommodation that I will book.

The location was perfect, living room was spacious and comfortable

Boiler kept failing but the owner was around to help. Could have been cleaner and bed was firmer than we liked
